The President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received the Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze, Akorda reports.

During the meting, head of state noted that Kazakhstan is one of main investors of Georgian economy. According to him, investments exceeded 450 million dollars.

Besides, two sides discussed at the meeting prospects of cooperation in trade, economic, tourist, investment and humanitarian spheres.

"We see Georgia as a friendly state, there are no any problems between us. Our delegations actively cooperated in the international organizations. Kazakhstan has the Georgian diaspora of around 60,000. I think your visit will give impetus to further development of bilateral cooperation", -said Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

In his turn, the Prime Minister of Georgia thanked the President of Kazakhstan for warm welcome and for support in an international level.

In addition, Mamuka Bakhtadze met with the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin. During the meeting, the parties expressed their intention to achieve trade turnover of 300 million dollars.
