The President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will have an official visit to Russia, reports Akorda.
The main point on the agenda of President Tokayev's visit is the negotiation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
It is planned that the leaders of two countries will discuss the issues of bilateral cooperation in political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres as well as the most topical issues of regional and international agenda.
In addition, it is expected that following the results of the visit the sides will sign a number of bilateral documents.
Recall, it should be noted that on March 19, the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev spoke to the people of Kazakhstan on the air of republican TV channels, stating that he resigns from the presidency. Following day, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took the oath of the President and became the President of Kazakhstan.
