The ceremony of presenting credential letters to President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon by Ambassador of Kazakhstan Askar Tazhibayev held at the Palace of the Nation in the Tajik capital, Kazakh MFA reports.

During the ceremony, President Rahmon noted the high level of Kazakh-Tajik friendly relations, expressing readiness to further enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries. Tajikistan President conveyed the best wishes to First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokaev, as well as wished the new Ambassador success and fruitful work on strengthening interaction between Nur-Sultan and Dushanbe.

Ambassador Tazhibayev assured the President of Tajikistan that the Embassy will make effort to fulfill the tasks that was defined by the leaders of the two countries for strengthening and expanding the centuries-old ties of fraternal and friendship relations.
