12,000 jobs created in Kazakhstan in the first have of this year. This was reported by the Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection Yerzhan Zhylkybayev at a press conference.

As stated by him, the Ministry plans to register what kinds of jobs are being created in the regions. They also working to improve effectiveness of the state program by creating of good jobs in rural areas.

Besides, according to him, 8,7 million people are working in the country.

In addition, he added that the Ministry is annually tasked to decrease the unemployment rate by 0,1% by creating 370 thousand jobs every year.
