Tourist police service has been created in Kazakhstan

Tourist police service has been created in Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Interiot Minister of Kazakhstan Yerlan Turgumbayev at the extended board meeting which participated the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

According to him, it has been created within the framework of the Concept for the development of the tourism industry, approved by the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. The Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated proposals to create electronic databases "E-visa", "E-hotel", as well as the tourist police.

At the first stage, the service will be available in Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Akmola region, Turkistan region and East Kazakhstan region.
