The trade turnover of Kazakhstan and Russia grew by 2.2% in the first two months of 2019, the press service of the Kazakhstan Embassy in the Russian Federation reports.
"The trade turnover of Kazakhstan and Russia in January-February 2019 amounted to $ 2.6 billion. This is 2.2% higher than the figure for January-February 2018," the embassy's message reads.
At the same time, as noted, exports amounted to $ 764.8 million (a decrease of 2.4%), imports of $ 1.8 billion (an increase of 4.2%).
“In the total volume of the foreign trade turnover of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the countries of the EAEU, the Russian Federation accounts for 92.9%,” said Kazakhstani diplomats.
