“To establish a visa-free regime from March 20, 2019 for a period of 30 days from the date of entry to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for citizens of the United Arab Emirates,” says the presidential decree “On measures to further simplify the regime of entry to the Republic of Uzbekistan for citizens of the United Arab Emirates”.
According to the document, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan instructed to issue multiple-entry visas for up to one year to citizens of the UAE visiting Uzbekistan for business purposes, within 3 working days in foreign institutions of Uzbekistan, not counting the day of receiving documents, with the cancellation of the requirement of inviting the inviting legal entity in Uzbekistan in the Foreign Ministry .
Recall that in early January 2019, Uzbekistan established a visa-free regime with another 45 countries. Then the total number of countries whose citizens are allowed visa-free entry into Uzbekistan was 64.
