Kazakhstan improved its position in the World Passport Index

Kazakhstan improved its position in the World Passport Index. Now citizens of Kazakhstan are able to visit 76 countries without a visa, says on the official website of international consulting company Henley & Partners.

According to the consulting company, Kazakhstan took 67th place in the new world passport index. Last year our country occupied the 69th line of the same rating.

From the states of Central Asia, the best positions are in the ranking of Uzbekistan (80th place), whose citizens can visit without visas 58 countries. Last year, by January 2018, 54 countries were available to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan without visas. Next comes Kyrgyzstan - 64 countries. Tajikistan is on the same line with Uzbekistan, whose passports allow you to visit 58 countries without a visa.

In addition, citizens of Turkmenistan are available in 53 states. The worst situation for Afghan passport holders is that the Afghans, along with the Iraqis, occupy the last, 104th line of the Index. Only 30 countries are available to them without visas.
