Conditions getting Master's degree will be changed from 2019 in Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagyntayev.

According to him, admission to the Master's degree will be carried out by analogy with the undergraduate. That is, any graduates of the Bachelor's degree should pass the test accordance with the program complied by the National Testing Centre. After that, they can apply to get Master's degree.

As stated by the deputies of the Parliament, the current system of getting Master's degree encourages rectors of universities to take bribes. As, rectors appoint members of the selection committee.
