Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are discussing to introduce special visas for foreign tourists to move freely from one country to another, reports Khabar 24 channel.

The Ministry of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan confirmed that it is discussing visa issues under the Silk Road project.

"Both sides are also looking at this issue in detail, and now the Silk Road countries are also interested in this project. So, we hope that they will also join this project", - told Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov  during the interview in the Khabar 24.

Recall, it is worth to note that an international tourism fair called "Silk Road Tourism" is being held in Tashkent these days. Dozens of countries are participating in the fair except for Kazakhstan, India, and China.
