On September 18, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree on the appointment of E. Koshanov as head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, wrote akorda.kz.

“To appoint Yerlan Zhakanovich Koshanov as the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, having relieved the akim of the Karagandy region from office,” the decree reads.
