In Tajikistan, in six months, 588 pharmaceutical institutions were checked and more than 90 tons of low-quality and expired drugs were burned, reported at a press conference of the Ministry of Health.
For violation of the rules of pharmaceutical activity in relation to individuals and legal entities, 279 protocols were drawn up, violators were fined a total of more than 718 thousand somoni, according to a press release from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
Also during this period, the Ministry of Health checked more than 19,377 items of drugs and 288 items did not receive a certificate of conformity due to poor quality.
