Turkmen-Polish political consultations on the level of the deputy ministers of foreign policy agencies of the two countries were held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The Polish delegation was headed by the Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland Marcin Przydacz, who has arrived to Ashgabat on a working visit, reports Akipress.
At the beginning of the meeting the sides discussed the current state and prospects for the development of the Turkmen-Polish relations, as well as issues of mutual interest. Stressing the high level of political and diplomatic cooperation between Turkmenistan and Poland, the sides exchanged views on the possibilities of organizing mutual high-level visits.
While reviewing the agreements reached, the parties discussed issues of joint legal framework. A range of issues related to the strengthening of bilateral trade and economic relations was also considered. In addition, the sides discussed issues and prospects for cooperation in the field of cultural and humanitarian ties.
