Air Astana is recognized as the leading regional airline according to international service TRIPADVISOR.

TripAdvisor’s World Travel Site declared Air Astana a winner in nominations "Regional Asian Carrier" and "Passenger comfort in Asia" Travelers’ Choice Awards 2019. The airline becomes the leader second year in a row.

Passengers appreciated the service on board, cleanliness salon, food and drinks, comfortable seats best price ratio quality, registration and entertainment system of the airline, as well as the distance between the seats, which allowed to win a new nomination "Passenger comfort".

The best carriers were determined by the algorithm which takes into account the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings left passengers during the year 2018.
