Uzbekistan has agreed with the Malaysians to open a network of halal fast food

Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Malaysia Ravshan Usmanov agreed with the Malaysian halal fast food network Marrybrown Sdn. Bhd. on the opening of restaurants in the Uzbek territory, reports the press service of Uzbek MFA.

The financial director of the company David Lee expressed willingness to cooperate with Uzbek businessmen on the basis of franchising. On the conditions and value of the transaction will be known after the Malaysians will find a specific partner. In April 2019, representatives of Marrybrown Sdn. Bhd. will arrive in Tashkent to discuss cooperation.

In addition, the Foreign Ministry emphasizes that the Marrybrown brand is one of the most recognizable in the countries of Southeast Asia and the Middle East. If such restaurants appear in Uzbekistan, the country will become more attractive for tourists from these countries.
