It is reported by the state committee on investments and state property management of the country.
“More than 600 deposits of polychemical, rare and noble metals, which are partially prepared for industrial development, have been identified and explored. About 100 deposits are in use,” the message reads.
According to the source, the country's subsoil is rich in zinc, lead, bismuth, molybdenum, tungsten, copper, gold, silver, antimony, mercury, fluorspar, tin, uranium, iron, manganese, common salt, magnesium and many other mineral resources that have enough high export potential.
As emphasized by the General Directorate of Geology under the Government of Tajikistan, the country has identified reserves of 400 different mineral deposits, the development of which contributes to the achievement of the country's industrialization goal.
