Exports reached $ 1,675,729.9 thousand (growth rate - 16.6%), import volume - $ 1,675,698.9 thousand (growth rate - 38.9%). The balance of foreign trade amounted to $ 31.0 thousand, " the statement reads.

According to the document, the share of CIS countries in foreign trade turnover in January 2019 amounted to 29.2% compared with the same period last year, the growth rate of foreign trade turnover reached 115.3%. The share of other countries in foreign trade in January 2019 increased by 2.9% and amounted to 70.8% compared to the same period last year.
