Joint training in the mountains was conducted by the military of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan reports.
“In accordance with the plan of cooperation between the defense ministries, a joint training session of the mountain-rifle divisions of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan was held. The training was held at the Forish military range of the Central Military District of Uzbekistan,” the message reads.
The ministry clarified that the main goals of the joint training were the exchange of professional experience, the improvement of the practical skills of the personnel, and the improvement of the quality of the methodology for conducting mountain training and military mountaineering classes.
