Uzbekistan become the leader in the number of labor migrants in Russia

More than 3.4 million Uzbek labor migrants have entered Russia since the beginning of the year, reports the public organization Federation of Migrants of Russia.

Immediately after Uzbekistan, Tajikistan settled down, from where 1,745,554 people came to Russia, including 790,116 people for working purposes, Ukraine - 347,272 people for the purpose of employment, and Kyrgyzstan - 247,658 people.
Most migrants prefer Moscow (1,249,664), St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (718,567), Moscow Region (343,508), the Sverdlovsk Region (100,485).
