Kazahstan cannot discuss the problem of Kazakhs in political and educational camps in China with international organizations. This was said by the Kazakh Foreign Minister Kairat Abdirakhmanov.
"We pay special attention to this issue. However, we have no right to raise this issue within international organizations. This is China's internal problem. We do not have the right to intervene in their internal affairs. But the Foreign Ministry pays special attention to this issue", - noted Kazakh Foreign Minister.
Abdrakhmanov said that he will discuss with the newly appointed Ambassador of China to Kazakhstan about solving the problem of Kazakhs in political and educational camps in China.
The pressure on the ethnic minority in China has been told frequently in the last one and a half years. The rights of children of minorities have also been raised by international organizations. On November 6, the UN Council on Human Rights in Geneva discussed the human rights issue in China. The United States, Canada, Germany, and France have demanded release of detainees in Xinjiang.
