88 countries of the world were included in the rating, having overtaken Iraq and Libya. There are five positions in the ranking: very high, high, medium, low and very low.
Kazakhstan slightly overtook Uzbekistan, taking the 80th line of the list.
If we look at the indicators of other countries of the former USSR, then Lithuania ranked 26th (high level), Belarus - 38th place (medium level), Russia - 42nd place (medium level), Ukraine - 43rd place (average level), Georgia - 45th place (low level) and Azerbaijan - 77 place (very low level).
