Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), who was on a visit to Tajikistan on November 1, has stated this. Along with him, 20 deputies of the State Duma visited Tajikistan.
Vladimir Zhirinovsky said that in the near future the LDPR will submit a bill "On the Special Status of Tajik Citizens in Russia". According to him, there is a lot of work force in Tajikistan, and in Russia there is a lot of money, and both countries should use these opportunities effectively.
"We decided to build a special school for future migrant workers in Dushanbe, where Tajik youth will study Russian and special specialties, and then they will be able to get a job", - said Zhirinovsky.
A Russian politician still thinks that the Central Asian federal district of Russia should be formed. He says its capital should be Almaty. He thinks that Central Asian countries should join voluntaryly. "It is important for us to build such kind of structure to compete with China, the European Union",- said the politician.
