"For the implementation of projects in the Levakand and Temurmalik regions, a total amount of about $ 180 thousand was allocated," the message reads.
In particular, part of these funds was directed to the construction of a women's center for psychological assistance and legal protection in the city of Levakand and the purchase of equipment. An excavator was also purchased for funds allocated by Japan to strengthen the river banks in the Temurmalik area.
Recall, since 1996, the Government of Japan has supported 389 humanitarian projects totaling $ 31.5 million aimed at developing Tajikistan as part of the Grant Aid Program.
