From September 1, more than 50 teachers from Russian regions will teach Russian language, literature, physics, chemistry and other subjects in schools in Tajikistan, the parliamentary newspaper of the Russian Federation reports.

"At the request of the Tajik side, in the 2018 - 2019 academic year, Russia increased the number of Russian teachers by almost half. Last year, 29 specialists from Kostroma, Ufa, Dagestan and other regions of the Russian Federation taught at schools in Tajikistan, " the message reads.

Recall the decision to launch a humanitarian project for sending Russian teachers to the Republic of Tajikistan was adopted in 2017 at the level of Presidents Emomali Rahmon and Vladimir Putin.
