"Considering the social importance of the proposed reforms, the experts noted the need for a phased implementation of the proposed innovations. Therefore, it is proposed to increase the necessary minimum of work experience in the first stage to 10 years, increasing for a year starting from 2019, and increasing the retirement age each year by 6 months starting from 2022, with bringing it to 58 years for women and 63 years for men," the Ministry of Finance noted.
