By a government decree of October 15, a public services committee was created in Kazakhstan at the ministry of digital development, innovation and the aerospace industry.

The decree formed the Committee of Public Services, also amendments to another decree of the Government regarding the improvement of the public administration system.

In addition, this resolution supplemented the functions of the ministry, including the development of rules for the integration of “e-government” informatization objects; development of operating rules and technical requirements for the external gateway of "electronic government" and others.
