The ceremony of laying the capsules of the World Trade Center was held in Nur-Sultan, reports ElordaInfo.

The capsule was laid on the territory of the exhibition complex EXPO-2017.

“The goal of the World Trade Center is to create new trade and investment opportunities. We are pleased that in partnership with Nur-Sultan we can bring such opportunities to the city. These are opportunities for creating jobs, attracting investments, technologies. We look forward to the future development of the project,” Mehran Eftekhar, director of corporate investment for Nest Investments HOLDINGS, said at the ceremony.

Recall, the project of the World Trade Center was presented to the first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, in January.
