The State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Office of the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in the Kyrgyz Republic announces registration to master’s degree programs in the Republic of Korea, kabar.kg reports.
The press service of the State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the purpose of the scholarship program is to support the development of human resources in the Kyrgyz Republic. Under the KOICA Scholarship Program 2019, 17 international master’s degree courses in the Republic of Korea are planned for state / municipal employees and public sector employees.
Training topics: rural and urban development, government, agriculture, health, and science and technology. The main requirements of the program are fluency in English and work experience in the state / municipal service / in the public sector for at least 2 years.
