We all know that government agencies have banned the use of telephones with video cameras and access to the Internet, because there are moments that must remain behind closed doors. By the same example, you need to follow in general education institutions, "says Dinara Nuketayeva, a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan.
