The meeting of the heads of government of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will be held in Tashkent, TASS reports.

“The Council of National Coordinators is the most important link in the mechanism of the SCO cooperation, which ensures the implementation of decisions made within the organization at the highest and highest levels. At this stage, your (council )’s main task is to ensure the substantive content of the meeting of the heads of government of the SCO member states on October 31-November 1 in Tashkent, also to start preparations for the summit of our organization in July in St. Petersburg,” said the deputy head of the MFA of Russia Igor Morgulov.

He also added that before the end of 2019, it is planned to hold consultations on international issues of the SCO at the level of deputy foreign ministers.
