About 65 thousand citizens of Kyrgyzstan are in the "black list" of Russia.

According to data from July 2019, 64 thousand 792 citizens of Kyrgyzstan are included in the “black list” of Russia. The State Service for Migration told Azattyk that in May of this year, 999 people were excluded from the list as part of an amnesty.

According to Russian legislation, the “black list” includes migrants who live and work without proper registration of a work permit, as well as violate other rules of stay in the country. Such citizens are deported and deprived of their right to enter Russia for 5 years.

Earlier, the ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia Alikbek Dzhekshenkulov told that 1.2 million Kyrgyzstanis live in Russia, 500 thousand of whom received Russian citizenship.
