The Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources is another new department to which the functions and powers of the Ministry of Energy will be transferred to the formation and implementation of the state policy of environmental protection, management of municipal solid waste, protection, control and supervision of the rational use of natural resources; The Ministry of Agriculture in the field of use and protection of water resources, water supply, water disposal, forestry; The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development in the field of state geological study, reproduction of the mineral resource base.
The decree comes into effect from the date of its signing.
