It is reported by the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulan Dyikanbayev.
According to him, the agreement was reached during the official visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aydarbekov to Budapest. However, for what purposes and at what rate the loan was granted, Ulan Dyikanbayev did not specify.
He added that Chingiz Aidarbekov held nine meetings in Hungary at various levels, in particular with Hungarian businessmen, and invited them to cooperate.
In addition, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic agreed to open a Hungarian diplomatic mission in Bishkek.
