The President of Kazakhstan arrived on a state visit to the city of Tashkent.

During the visit, talks will be held with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in narrow and expanded formats, the signing of a number of bilateral documents, as well as a briefing by the heads of state for the media.

In addition, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will take part in the official opening ceremony of the Year of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan.
