“We are preparing in advance for the event (Forum of Regions) to be held in June. The list of participants will be very serious, we will take as a basis the road map of cooperation between Belarus and Uzbekistan,” said Sergei Rakhmanov, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of Belarus on Foreign Affairs and National Security.
The forum will be accepted by Belarus, and that certain projects from this cooperation plan will be supervised at the parliamentary level.
On February 14, a joint meeting of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of Belarus on Foreign Affairs and National Security and the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives on Foreign Affairs took place in Minsk.
The deputies and members of the Council of the Republic further discussed the cooperation of the National Assembly with parliamentary organizations, the issues of enhancing the activities of parliamentary working groups with colleagues from other countries.
