The total foreign investment in the national economy of Tajikistan in 2018 was $ 645 million,  the country's statistics agency reports.

“About $ 326 million of this amount consists of direct investments that are aimed at the development of such sectors as industry, communications, construction, geological exploration, and the development of mineral deposits,” the message reads.

Among the leading countries in investing in Tajikistan are China, Russia and a number of other states.
