The ceremony of the Youth Year opening began with the participation of the President

The solemn opening ceremony of the "Youth of Independence" is being held at the "Nur World" pavilion with the participation of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in Astana.

Members of the Government, deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, members of the Youth Policy Council under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winners of the contest "100 New Names", Bolashak graduates and young scientists are taking part in the opening ceremony. The event was attended by representatives of creative, student and working youth, young sportsmen, gifted children, representatives of modern media, pupils and graduates of orphanages, young military men.

Recall, it is interesting to note that the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan proposed to declare 2019 as the Year of Youth.
