The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev sent a telegram of condolences to the President of Indonesia Joko Vidodo, reports the press service of Kazakh President.

The head of state was deeply saddened by the news that many people were killed in the tsunami on the banks of the Zond Strait of Indonesia.

"I express my deep condolences to the relatives of the victims and to all the people of Indonesia. I wish the injured people to recover soon", says in the telegram.
