Our neighboring country Uzbekistan took 101 place. As a result, Uzbekistan has lagged behind the CIS countries and neighbors in the region in the 2018 Sustainable Economic Development Index (SEDA).
Moreover, it is interesting to note that Belarus ranks 52nd in the ranking, Russia - 59th, Ukraine - 67th, Armenia - 69th, Azerbaijan - 71th, Kyrgyzstan - 95th and Tajikistan - 108th.
The leader of the 2018 ranking was Norway, Switzerland ranked second, Iceland ranked third. Also in the top 10 rankings included Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Singapore, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands.
