In Kyrgyzstan, in January-September 2018, the average monthly nominal wage per employee (excluding small enterprises) was 15,752 soms.

As reported in the National Statistics Committee's Food Safety and Poverty Report, this figure increased by 6.3% compared to the same period in 2017, and its real size, calculated taking into account the consumer price index, increased by 4.3%.

Based on the official exchange rate set by the National Bank, the average monthly wage per employee was 229.7 US dollars.
