Deputy of Supreme Council of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov has proposed not to translate a negative news into Russian and English languages, reports Sputnik.

"When I paid a visit to Georgia, I noticed that there were not any negative news on the Russian language. It turns out that in 2004 the President of Georgia addressed the people and offered to write negative news only in Georgian, and only positive news should published in Russian and English languages”, - said Zhaparov at a parliamentary meeting.

Then he addressed the Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan Azamat Zhamankulov and suggested: “You should also make such an appeal to the people. The Kyrgyz need to introduce the tradition of telling about the country only positive news on the Internet”.
