The Forum of interregional cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will be held on November 16 in Shymkent, reports the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RK Aibek Smadiyarov.
“As is known, during the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Kazakhstan in March 2017, the heads of state reached an agreement on holding a forum of interregional cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. At the same time, it was decided to hold the first forum at the level of the first deputy prime ministers of the two countries. The first such forum will be held on November 16 in Shymkent", - said Smadiyarov at the briefing on Monday.
At the same time, he noted that the delegations of the parties will be headed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Askar Mamin, and the First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Achilbai Ramatov.
