The Ukrainian authorities released one of the most dangerous militants of the Islamic State group (banned terrorist organization Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) - a citizen of Tajikistan Murodali Khalimov. Kiev refused to extradite him to his homeland, where he is accused of terrorism, reports  Radio “Ozodi” reports, citing a source in the special services of Tajikistan.

Khalimov is 37 years old, a native of the village of Shaynaki Chanor, Rudaki district, known as the Boss, was detained two months ago at the request of Interpol at the Kiev Borispol airport upon arrival from Turkey.

According to the source, Ukraine has refused to request the Prosecutor General’s Office of Tajikistan to extradite the militant to their homeland. “All documents testifying to the participation of Murodali Khalimov in the hostilities in Syria and their involvement in the ranks of the IG were sent to Kiev. But Kiev refused to extradite him to Tajikistan, ”said a source in the special services.
