The first international investment forum to hold in Tashkent on November 19-21, the press service of the State Tourism Committee of the country reports.

The forum is organized by the State Tourism Development Committee of Uzbekistan, the State Investment Committee of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Uzbekistan’s embassies abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

“To expanding international cooperation in tourism development, attracting direct investment and promoting the country's tourism potential, the first international investment forum in the tourism industry will begin its work on November 19 at Uzexpocentre,” the message reads.

The forum will bring together investors from Europe and Asia, representatives of international financial institutions and organizations in the tourism sector, experts and specialists in the tourism industry, heads of major domestic and foreign companies.
