Azerbaijan started buying Kazakh grain, reports the Minister of Energy Kanat Bozumbayev before the 15th session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.

"Over 8 months of this year, Kazakhstan's trade turnover with Azerbaijan increased 2,1 times in comparison with the previous year. That is about 168 million dollars. In 2017, the commodity turnover was commissioned during the next 2-3 years. If this trend is maintained, we will have to fulfill the obligation to double our turnover before the end of the year. It is also important that the Azerbaijani party resumes the purchase of Kazakh grain. As you know, recently Kazakhstani grain has not been purchased. It also contributed to the growth of commodity turnover", - said the Minister of Energy.
