After that, the Russian ruble fell by 15 percent since the beginning of the year. The National Bank continues to adhere to the policy of free exchange rate that does not limit, "Akishev said.
According to him, since the beginning of the year the tenge exchange rate has decreased by 11,3%.
The official exchange rate of tenge for October 16 is 369,98 tenge per US dollar.
