Ex-Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov will remain in custody until October 5, KirTAG reports.
"The Supreme Court upheld the verdict of the first court, which determined the measure of restraint of the accused former Prime Minister S. Isakov detention until October 5," reads a statement.
Recall, S. Isakov was detained on June 5. GKNB charged him under Part 1 of Art. 303 (corruption) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The criminal case was initiated based on the materials of violations during the implementation of the project to modernize the Bishkek CHPP.
