The number of young people who can not find a job in the country has increased. According to the Finprom Research Center, at present there are 84,000 unemployed young people in Kazakhstan. 16 thousand of them live in Almaty.

Last year, Mayor of Almaty Bauyrzhan Baibek told about professions which have to be chosen by young people, because they will find job easily with those professions. He said that 70 percent of those who came to study from other regions will be left unemployed after graduating from the university. The reason is that their professions are not demanded in Almaty.

Bauyrzhan Baibek said that chefs, sanitary technicians, electricians, bartenders and waiters are required in Almaty.
