A new system of payment salary of state servants will be introduced in the country next year. This was reported by the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption Alik Shpekbayev.

"Today we are testing a new system of labor remuneration on the basis of a factorial-scale scale, which ensured the growth of salaries in the pilot bodies by more than twofold. Upon completion, we plan that next year our pilot project will be completed. Accordingly, salaries will be raised for all state employees of Kazakhstan", - said Alik Shpekbayev.

The chairman of the agency said that if the salary of civil servants increase, then the bribes would be sharply reduced. In addition, it is planned that the next year, civil servants will receive housing. They will be received favorable conditions.
