Turkmenistan banned importing women's swimsuit and short trousers

Customs of Turkmenistan banned importing women's swimsuit and short trousers (shorts) around the country.
According to Azattyk radio of Turkmenistan, private stores are currently selling goods that have already gone through customs (shorts, swimsuits) before entry into force of prohibition. "The delimitation of the goods in the territory of the Customs is under strict control in order not to miss out them to Turkmen territory. In general, the demand for such clothes is increasing because of coming summer", - told the reporter of the "Azattyk Turkmen". Recent publications in Turkmenistan have been discussing that in the summer of recent years, both women and men have been dressed in short pants.
Generally, this is not the only ban on clothing and makeup in Turkmenistan last week. At the end of March, civil servants in Ashgabat were banned to grow and dye nails and eyelashes, change their hair colors, and even put on gold jewelries.
